2017 Season - Week 18 (Cont)

BUMS Team of December.

Weeks 13 to 17 provided us with five weeks of scores for the BUMS team of December. The best team on BUMS rosters would have scored 273 points but would have cost you $11m so we have had to cut $2m QB Russell Wilson (who scored 33 points) and replace him with $0.5m Rams and Underachieving QB Jared Goff (30 points). The affordable team scored 270 points and cost $9.5 million. To put this in perspective Johnnie scored a month’s best 189 points in the Premiership while in the Conference Cheryl scored 162. Head Coach of the month is Andy Reid who scored 24 points for his $1m salary. Jason Garrett (Dallas & Westmorland), Bill Belichick (New England & California) and Mike Tomlin (Pittsburgh & Phoenix) also all had 4 wins but they cost $2m each. San Francisco & Sofa Kicker Robbie Gould scored 66 points for $0.5m while QB Goff is handing off to Willoughby Franchise man & fellow Ram Todd Gurley ($1m for 48 points). His backfield colleague proved he was worth $3m of Westmorland and Pittsburgh’s money as LeVeon Bell scored 36 points. At receiver we have DeAndre Hopkins (Gang Green & Houston) who cost $1m and scored four TDs as did Leamington & Seattle’s Doug Baldwin for $2m. The third receiver could be any one of four as Devin Funchess (Sofa & Carolina), Davante Adams (Underachieving & Green Bay), Michael Thomas (Perivale & New Orleans) and JuJu Smith Shuster (Westmorland & Pittsburgh) all scored 18 points each for a cost of $0.5m. All-BUMS Voting It’s time to vote for your favourite players of 2017. The rules are as follows:- I need (in order) your top 3 Running Backs and your top 3 Receivers plus your number 1 & 2 Quarterbacks, Kickers and Coaches. So 12 names please. You can vote for your players based on BUMS points (see attached) or how much you enjoy watching them, what they meant to their BUMS/NFL team or just the fact they were on your roster. The deadline is Wednesday January 31st but please get your votes in as soon as possible as I’m in Saudi for the week prior to the Superbowl. Don’t delay, choose today! BUMS on Seats On Saturday night at 9:30pm it’s Atlanta (11-6) @ Philadelphia (13-3) but we aren’t meeting for that one. We’ll beat HQ at 4pm with (as live) the late Saturday game to see Tennessee (10-7) @ New England (13-3) and then at 6pm live Jacksonville (11-6) travelling to Pittsburgh (13-3). We’ll be at Johnnies on Monday from 7pm for the second Sunday game as New Orleans (12-5) visit Minnesota (13-3), so no spoilers please. As always all are welcome, let the hosts know. If you’re still in the chase for BUMSBowl XXII - DON’T FORGET TO SEND YOUR TEAM ASAP (See prices attached).
